What if you didn’t have to spend countless of hours contacting different vendors, finding the perfect lodging and elopement location spot, and figuring out what activities you can do and instead had me do all of it for you?

What My All-Inclusive Elopement Packages Look Like:
You: Choose a date and where you want to get married. Then, wake up in your dream wedding spot and have your entire day outlined for you so all you have to do is have the best day ever.
Me: I will deal with everything from: finding the plane tickets, car rental, your dream lodging spot, local florist, hair and make up artist who will come to you, private chef, local baker, gear rental, booking epic activities, and getting all quotes and availability for you so all you have to do is say yes to what sounds good to you.
Seriously, let me do everything.
Whether you’re traveling from 2,000 miles away or 20 miles away to elope in Washington, Oregon, or anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, getting married should not be stressful at all. Which is why I am here to plan it (and of course capture it!) all for you.
The Process for the Ultimate Elopement Experience
1) Let’s Chat!
Contact me and let’s chat about what your vision and dreams are for your wedding day. We will hop on a zoom call and I'd love to hear about you, your partner, and what your dream wedding day would look like. Have questions? You can ask me anything!
2) Lock in Your Date!
Next, we sign a contract and you lock in your date with a retainer.
3) Let the Fun Begin
We’ll have a couple of planning calls throughout this part of the process to make sure all of the details are nailed down so you’ll feel comfortable in front of the camera for your big day. During the planning phase, no idea is too crazy.
Behind the scenes, I’ll be location scouting, and planning all those nitty gritty details so you have nothing to worry about except enjoy your wedding day.
4) “I Do!”
The day is finally here! Not only will I take pictures of your day, but I will also work to make sure it goes off as seamlessly as possible.
5) Pics or it Didn’t Happen
Within 48 hours, you will receive 10-20 sneak peek photos. Within 6 weeks you will receive the rest of the photos.
6) Album Design
You’ll receive a complimentary album design for you to see your digital pictures come to life.

Have a place in mind but not sure specifically where? I will scout locations for you and provide recommendations so you don’t have to worry about finding the perfect spot.

Leave it to me to plan the logistics and ensure your plan and vision for your day will line up seamlessly with your timeline. I will be sending out a timeline draft and giving you resources during the planning process to ensure we have a plan to capture every part of your your day.

Looking for a “just us” experience? Not only will I be your photographer, I can also be your officiant if needed!
The National Park, National Forest, and State Park require a special permit to get married in. I will help you get those permits so you have one less thing to worry about!

You’ll get 10-20 photos within 48 hours of your day. You will then receive between 250-700+ photos (depending on the scope of your day). Your full gallery will be available in an online, downloadable gallery within 6 weeks.

I find myself constantly pulling the photo album of my engagement off of the shelf and looking through it, and I want to share that experience with you. After your elopement or intimate wedding, you will receive a complimentary album design

If you need to find and get:
Hair and make up artist, florist, wedding cake, charcuterie, lodging near your elopement location, private chauffeur, or any other vendors, I will reach out to them and get their availability, quotes and invoices if they are your match and work within your budget.
Need help picking up some of these items? I got you! I will coordinate pick up times so we can get them picked up from stores and brought to your elopement spot!

I get it, traveling is stressful. I am here to make sure that you have nothing to worry about. I will help coordinate your flights, make sure you get to the best airport for your elopement spot, as well as get quotes for your rental car and ensure that it works with your leaving and landing times so you can just hop on a plane and go!

Whether you want to hop on a hot air balloon ride, explore the PNW in a helicopter, go whale watching, or ride ATVs along a secluded trail, I will do all of the research, find their availability, send over quotes and invoices (if it sounds good) so all you have to do is look forward to the adventure!
