What My All-Inclusive Elopement Packages Look Like:
You: Choose a date and where you want to get married. Then, wake up in your dream wedding spot and have the best day ever.
Me: I’ll help you take care of everything you need on your day so all you have to do is say yes to what sounds good to you.
Seriously, let me do everything.
Whether you’re traveling from 2,000 miles away or 20 miles away to elope in Washington, Oregon, or anywhere in the PNW, getting married shouldn’t be stressful. Which is why I am here to plan it (and of course capture it!) all for you.

The Process for the Ultimate Wedding Experience
1) Let’s Chat!
Contact me and let’s chat about what your vision and dreams are for your wedding day. We’ll hop on a zoom call to learn about you two, and what your dream wedding day would look like. Have questions? You can ask me anything!
2) Lock in Your Date!
Next, we sign a contract and you lock in your date with a retainer.
3) Let the Fun Begin
We’ll have a couple of planning calls throughout this part of the process to make sure all of the details are nailed down so you’ll feel comfortable in front of the camera for your big day.
Behind the scenes, I’ll be location scouting, and planning all those nitty gritty details so you have nothing to worry about except enjoy your wedding day.
4) “I Do!”
The day is finally here! Not only will I take document and capture every authentic, silly, and tearful moment of your day, but I will also work to make sure it goes off as seamlessly as possible so you can truly be at ease and have the best wedding experience.
5) Pics or it Didn’t Happen
Within 48 hours, you will receive 10-20 sneak peek high resolution photos to your own digital gallery. Within 6 weeks you will receive the rest of the photos in the gallery. They are yours to keep forever!
6) Album Design
You’ll receive a complimentary wedding layflat album design for you to see your digital pictures come to life after receiving your full gallery.

Have a general elopement location in mind but not sure specifically where you want to have your elopement at?
I will scout locations for you and provide recommendations of the best elopement spots based on your dream wedding day so you can truly experience it!

Leave it to me to plan the logistics and ensure your plan and vision for your day will line up seamlessly with your timeline. I will be sending out a timeline draft and giving you resources during the planning process to ensure we have a plan to capture every part of your your day.

Looking for a “just us” experience? Not only will I be your photographer, I can also be your officiant if needed!
The National Park, National Forest, and State Park require a special permit to get married in. I will apply and get these permits for you so you have one less thing to worry about!

This 60+ page elopement guidebook exclusive for all my clients will help answer every question you may have about the elopement process to ensure you don’t forget a single detail of your day! Have more questions that this guidebook has? I am always here to support you and help answer any questions you may have.

You’ll get 10-20 photos within 48 hours of your day. You will then receive your beautiful high resolution photos in your own personal gallery for you to download and share with your friends and family. They are yours to keep and cherish. Your full gallery will be available within 6 weeks of your elopement.

I find myself constantly pulling the photo album of my engagement off of the shelf and looking through it, and I want to share that experience with you. After your elopement or intimate wedding, you will receive a complimentary album design

If you need to find and get:
Hair and make up artist, florist, wedding cake, charcuterie, lodging near your elopement location, private chauffeur, or any other vendors, I will reach out to them and get their availability and quotes for you!
Need help picking up some of these items? I got you! I will coordinate pick up times and I can personally pick them up and bring them to your elopement spot for you!

I get it, traveling is stressful. I am here to make sure that you have nothing to worry about. I will help with flight and airport recommendations as well as provide any other resources for car, van rentals so you have one less thing to worry about!

Whether you want to hop on a hot air balloon ride, explore the PNW in a helicopter, go whale watching, or ride ATVs along a secluded trail, I will do all of the research, find their availability, send over quotes for you so all you have to do is look forward to the adventure!
